Overview

Our 30-day return and refund policy is in effect. We are unable to provide you with a complete refund or exchange after 30 days have passed since your purchase.

Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you got it in order to be eligible for a return. Also, it must be in its original packing.

There are some products that cannot be returned. perishable items are not returnable. Moreover, we do not accept things that are dangerous.

We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.

There are several circumstances in which only partial refunds are allowed:

• • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any product that, for reasons not related to our fault, is not in its original state, is damaged, or is missing pieces.

• • Any product returned beyond the 30-day delivery date

Refunds

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.

If you’re accepted, your refund will be processed, and within a certain time period, a credit will automatically be given to your credit card or other original form of payment.

Late or missing refunds

Check your bank account one more first if you haven’t received a return yet.

Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.

Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.

Sale items

Only goods with standard prices may be refunded. Sales products cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Only faulty or damaged products are subject to replacement. Send us an email at [support@embosh.com] and send your item to: [support@embosh.com] if you need to exchange it for the identical item.
